Hi Debendra,

Can you go to Setup->Create-Tabs and see the tab created for Complaints.

In that you can identify the object for which the tab was created.

Hi Prakash,

I did that, however, Complaints is not listed therein. However, it shows up when I click the + symbol on the main menu for ALL Tabs. It's a weird behaviour and I have no clue.

Any suggestions.

Thanks.

Hi Debendra,

Can you provide the screenshot of your complaints page if possible??

If the tab is not available in the Tabs section then the Complaints has to be a standard object which has been renamed.

Hi Debendra,

This is the Case object which has been renamed to Complaints.

To confirm the renaming you can go to Setup->Tab Names and Labels-> Rename Tab names and Labels.

To configure Case Management you can select Setup->Customize->Cases.

Dear Prakash,

Thanks very much for your help - However, the fields available on CASE Objects are not matching with the Complaint per se. I have modified the page layout for CASE Object, but the same is not reflected on the Complaint per se.

Please could you suggest.

Thanks.

Hi Debendra,

You need to check the Case renaming under
Setup->Tab Names and Labels-> Rename Tab names and Labels.

Also check the different page layouts under the case object Setup->Customize->Cases.

Hi,

Can you please navigate to Setup -- Create -- Tabs -- find your complaint tab, if you find click on it you can know what object it is or what visualforce page this tab is built out of.

Thanks.
