File upload in Box through java

HI Everyone 

I have one requirement for uploading the files in BOX api using java(in Heroku). I have done some R&D its seems its possible. But I am new to the Java background. Please help it will be very usefull for me.

Even though Salesforce owns Heroku, these discussion boards typically are for use of, or integration with, the Salesfroce Platform.  I would reccomend that you ask your question on either the Heroku boards [1] or on StackExchange [2] since this is likely to be a Java question since nothing you asked directly requires Heroku.
