Configure Email to Case
I am trying to create to ACCOUNTS within my CRM that use EMAIL TO CASE and allow me to use the SAME email address for both. The system is not allowing to create both. Any advice?
following line from the Saleforce documentation define the purpose.
Email Address Email-to-Case source only: The inbound email address for this On-Demand Email-to-Case routing address. Email sent to this address creates new cases using the specified settings. The email address must be unique.
