Send sms using twilio.

Hi All,
I had installed unmanaged package of twilio,but i am not able to send the sms. i had a free account in twilio, i had given ACCOUNT SID and AUTH TOKEN but i thinck its not communicating properly.I am sending sms through verified twilio number. Plz help me out.

Are you sending SMS to an Indian number, then in that case messages might not be delivered if it is on the national DND list, you can check the numbers status here:

http://www.nccptrai.gov.in/nccpregistry/search.misc

If your number is indeed registered we will not be able to deliver to it until its removed.

The number is not registered in NCPR. I am getting problem in tokens(Capability tokens to sign communications from devices to Twilio).
