Hello all, Greetings !!! We are a Mid Sized US Based IT Company looking for " Sales force CRM Analyst & Sales force CRM Developers for our chennai division,
The responsibilities for the position include analysis and assessment of business requirements, mapping those to the capabilities of SFDC application, configuring and implementing business solutions in SFDC product suite.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Salesforce teams vision and strategy around CRM
Facilitate sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements of Salesforce clients
Understand business users needs and translate them to technical requirements for implementation
Design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in SFDC
Provide technical and functional expertise to the project team
Guide development teams on functionalities and configuration that requires custom logic to match client requirements
Develop project-level approaches and plans for testing, training, piloting, Go-Live and post Go-Live support of Salesforce implementations
Continuous Improvement of processes
Provide training to new users on how to report data using Site Catalyst/ Discover/Data Warehouse.Primary Skills:
CRM, Salesforce, Salesforce.Com, SFDC, Visual force, Technical Design, Functional analyst
Secondary Skills:
Analytical & Requirement understanding skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience with technical implementations of CRM projects
Strong background in Salesforce.com systems design, configuration, implementation, administration and support
Should have minimum 6 years of experience in SFDC
Proven understanding of a complete CRM implementation lifecycle. Experience in functional/technical role in at least a minimum of 4 full lifecycle implementation of SFDC
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Technical development experience in Apex, Visual Force, Force.com or Java/J2EE
Certified Salesforce.com developer and Salesforce Administrator certificate is must.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certificate is desirable.
Experience in functionality mapping, configuration and building of custom apps in Salesforce
Experience in developing and implementing interfaces to and fro from SFDC
