Mass subscribe users to a particular item of content

Does anyone know the API object name and fields to mass subscribe users to a particular item of content? We do NOT have Chatter activated

I am unable to see the correct object in this list.
https://www.salesforce.com/developer/docs/api/Content/sforce_api_objects_list.htm

I though maybe it was the EntitySubscription object, but this doesn't seem to appear in the dataloader.io tool

Hi The_A-Rod,

This feature is not a possible option in salesforce.

Idea link : https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=08730000000g8pcAAA
Workaround suggested from the user:

I did get a workaruond from Salesforce support. Since I am one of the administrators, I enabled "log in as user" feature, then I logged into Salesforce as each of the users we have, and subscribed to all the necessary folders, depending on the user.
This was a total manual process, since I had to log-in as each individual user. However, I did NOT have to then go to each person's desktop to subscribe for them, so it was better than nothing. (and sending email isntruction about it to our users NEVER help. Busy sales people just don't bother to read a long email where there is instruction on "how to" do something.)
After I was done, I disabled the "log in as user" feature, so that no one can do it, not even other administrators.

Thanks Naga, i had seen those two posts already but had hoped it was missing something.

I guess I'll have to log in as each user and subscribe them to the document manually!
