detail updated in account list in salesforce ,want to update in website table

I have done what ever details updated in website for user that detail will also updated in salesforce account list.
now i want to know if its possible what ever detail updated in account list in salesforce ,i need to update those in website also.

I understand you must be using APIs to integrate with Saleforce in order to update website data to salesforce, similarly you can use the WSDL to get salesforce data  updated on the website - read more:
