Chatter information is different between Community and internal contexts

Chatter information is different between Community and internal contexts. is there a way for the same chatter experience for internal employee regardless of whether they log in via AGS360(one of our community) or the internal salesforce experience?
Any suggestions would be great help.Thank you.

Chatter for groups/profiles is in separate "networks" within each community. So posts made in one community are not visible within another. This is an inherit feature that keeps chatter intended for separate audiences separate. Some people do work around this by using Triggers to copy posts from a group in one community into to another.  You just have to be careful that you are not exposing information intended to stay internal to an external facing community. 

The exception is chatter on records. Chatter made on records is visible across communities as long as those users have access to that record.
