Create Report for opportunity, its Lead and Campaign !!

Hello Techies,

Can anyone help me this following requirement?
I want to create a report which gives information about Opportunity, lead related to opportunity and campaign from which the oppoertunity is created.
How can I achieve this?

You can use any Converted Lead report type as the base.

1. Browse to Reports tab.
2. Click New Report.
3. In Report Type selection box, select 'Campaigns with Leads and Converted Lead Information'.
4. Click Create.
5. You are on Report Builder :).
