Notification Ticker

Hi ,

I have a requirement like, i have to create a  notification/news ticker on each page in entire org.
i developed 1 vf page for this, and i added this to my home pagelayout. i developed like this

but, this is only on home page, i want this before the section...

any help....

Hi Suma

I am afraid whether it is possible in salesforce, we can add visualforce page in every pagelayouts, but the Notification will be seen only in detail page, not on the View Page. Instead you can add the component in side bar and It will appear on the side bar. so that it will be visible in all page.
