Error "The record couldn’t be saved because it failed to trigger a flow...". Jitterbit uploader

Hi,

When I upload Contacts Data to SF thorugh Jitterbit, I get an error "The record couldn’t be saved because it failed to trigger a flow.
A flow trigger failed to execute the flow with version ID 30124000000TW47.
Contact your administrator for help."

I deactivated every flow and workflow, but it didn't help. 

Can somebody help me with this?

Inna, I understand you have deactivated allthe flows and workflows, however, did you check for any active processes(created through process builder) as they also use the flow engnine at the backend and this error might be caused due to a stuck process.
