Compare two orgs (metadata & data)

I have two separate orgs.  They're sort of the same, but not really.

Is there a tool or tools out there to not only compare Metadta, but also to compare Data?

Any thoughts or suggestions?

As always, thank you for your feedback!

Hi,

For Meta Data Comparison, Please try
Dreamfactory's Snapshot - good UI, Ability to Compare metadata components between two non- connected Orgs.

What type of Data you would like to compare ? You can do an export using data loader from two orgs and Compare using Excel functions

Thanks,
Ram

There is a tool that will allow you to compare profiles, and in general the metadata very easy. Check out this post: Compare Profiles, Permission Sets, Picklists and more (https://www.deploypkg.com/compare-profiles/)
