Hi Rabbani,

Do you have full access to that record? you can check it, go to that record->click on Sharing button-> Click on Expand List button and check what kind of access you have.

Hi,
You are probably not the owner on the record and since you don't have the permission "Modify All", you can not delete it.
If you have the "Modify All" permission and still can not delete it, perhaps you have a trigger on the object forbidding you to delete the record.
