salesforce option not showing in user license when adding new user

Hi,

On add new user page i am not able to select salesforce option in user license there are only two options
Chatter Free and Chatter External due to which i am not able to select my custum created new profile.

Can some body help me how i can select salesforce license?

Shahab - You seems to exist the salesforce Licenses limit in your org. Are you in developer edition?
To check the limit goto Setup->Company Profile->Company Information and check the total Licenses and used Licenses
