how to restrict chatter feeds related with opp/accounts in groups ??

i wanted to restrict chatter feed (only related with opportunity nd accounts) in groups. it should not be visiable to all, how to acheive that ??

I suppose this can be covered if the users do not have access to the Account/opportunity.If they dont have access, they will not be able to see the feed as well.hoping I've understood the requirement correctly.

Thanks for reply, Yes you got my question but i wanted to post those chatter posts( related with opportunity nd accounts) only to Groups.

Posting only to the group will be tough because anyone who is following the account/opportunity will also be able to see the chatter post.
