Unable to report on all Tasks

Hi everyone,

I was asked to do reporting on all tasks in our system. When I look at the system overview I see that we have 70,000 tasks in our system. When I do reporting on all Open and Closed Tasks in our system I find that the report returns only 20,000 tasks. I am wondering what happened to the other 50,000 tasks that are in my system? Could they be private? Could they be reacurring tasks? I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to where those tasks could be.

Danny - Its salesforce standard report limit. You can able to view maximum 2000 records in report and maximum you can able to export upto 20,000 records. You can use the dataloader tool (https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Data_Loader) or workbench (https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Workbench) tool to export all task from salesforce to excel sheet. Thanks for directing me to the workbench. I actually found that most of the tasks in my system are archived.
