sales force 48 field update in salesforce after email reply
i have insertted a lead in salesforce & converted
when the lead is converted
the created contact email will get a mail that account is created
so we have to provide a link while we send a mail to the contact
when he clicks a link a field in salesforce should be updated

This can be achived by using force.com site. i.e we have to create a force.com site with one Vf page and add this VF page link into your email template.
Whenever contact person recrived this email form SFDC, they can click on link which is force.com site page and do you field update in this page.
Let me know if you are looking this kind of solution. I have already implemented this solution for other requirement.
