Inventory of Apps and Profile access to Apps

We are doing an inventory of installed apps, what Profiles have visibility/access to each App. What's the best to take such an inventory without having to click through each one in Setup? thanks

Creating an inventory would not be possible using Out-of-box functionality, however, you can actually create a custom link for the package section in Setup(e.g. https://ap2.salesforce.com/0A3?setupid=ImportedPackage&retURL=%2Fui%2Fsetup%2FSetup%3Fsetupid%3DStudio) and show it in a custom component on the home page such that its a handy direct link to the package section and people can skip the steps in the setup area.
