reset password and send custom email template

HI Guys,

i have one requirement. one profile people can reset other profile user passwords or create new credentials  and this profile people can send the custom email template of reset password or send new user login credentials. in email template we have to mention temporary password and link to set password . actually how to mention this standars fileds in custom email template

Usually the reset password process is done by the Salesforce admin(https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=resetting_and_expiring_passwords.htm&language=en_US) and this precess sends out an email with the reset password link.

Are you saying you wish to overwrite this process and customize it?

yes. i want create a custom email template and send it to user. and i want to use the reset password button in account detail page. account is user of my application. when i click on account detail page on reset button. that detail page related user new password email template will be send to that user
