Can Anybody Suggest for Salesforce Whatsapp Integration ??

Hi All,

Can anybody suggest on Whatsapp Salesforce Integration if possible ?? Whatsapp Messenger, Integration into Salesforce, On a Custom TAB, Contacts listed who is match for :Contact whatsapp number=True: if clicked, pen a conversation window.

I am not sure that this can be done either using Restfull Or Soap services. Had got an idea for GIThub. 

 

Please sugeest asap.

Social 25 seems to be a nice solution, BUT it´s VERY expensive. 1500 EUROS per month plus 50 euros per month/user. Crazy!!

In two ways you can do this. 

1. Integrate API (You can find gateway and integrate it by using REST or SOAP.)

Pros: 
Save money on texting with low price

Cons:
  • You have to invest your time and money on every day because you have to  build trigger whenever you want to automate and you have to do query for dynamic templates too.
  • It’s not just workflow you might need, you have to build components or Vf screens for your users for easy communication like single texting or Chat window.
  • Whenever a change in template you have to re- develop and redeploy and it involves time and money.

2. Install plug & play App

Cons:
Texting cost looks high ( but it is very less compared to custom development)

Pros:
  • You can setup a WhatsApp dynamic text from workflow or process builder in a minute.
  • You just need to configure and start using the things.
