Error: Encryption Key Unavailable when installing package

Hi all
I try to install managed beta package to sandbox and get an error:

1.  Encryption Key Unavailable
The encryption key number {0} used to encrypt this data was deleted. Contact your administrator to get access to the data.

Any ideas to solve this problem?

Sounds like you're using encryption keys in your DE - I haven't done that before myself, but I would think you would need to export/import the security key you're using in the sandbox org:
