Case Comment Email Notification
Hi,
I have been able to set up an email alert to the case owner when a new case comment is created. However, I am wondering if there is anyway to get an email alert for case followers so that they are aware when there is a new case comment? We want to be able to send the alert to only the people that the case applies to.
Any help or suggestions would be great!

I am afriad we currently d not have any feature/configuration which can help us create these email alerts in Salesforce(ther eis an idea posted on the same: https://full-tzorg.cs12.force.com/customers/ideaView?id=08730000000InH6AAK)
A workaround (though time consuming/ manual work)You can manually add the case followers to the case team and then a workflow can be created on case comments that would send an email alert to all the users in the case team whenever a new case comment is added.
