permission set

Hi,
Can i, downgrade access using permission set in salesforce ?

Permission set is used only to extend permission. you can't downgrade using permission set.

Permission sets extend users’ functional access without changing their profiles.Permission Sets are Used to Grant Additional

Access but not to restrict the access.
