do not call

The check boxes like d not call, email opt out, fax opt out are present as fields and in the layout. But doesn't appear in the actual page. Why so ?

In your user profile, you can see something called Permission set. Just check if that is set. Also check the field level security

Please checkout the object permission on profile level or any permission sets assigned for that user.
