Push notification URL and namespace?

Hello, can someone tell me what the full URL is for push notification resources? 

Also, what's the namespace of the connected app that the push notifications are sent to?

The URL for the push notification resource is:  /services/data/v34.0/connect/notifications/push. Please notice that it's only accessible when the session is created by the connected application from the same organization  as the connected application that the push is being sent to.

The "namespace of the connected app" is the unque identifier of the package that connected application is a part of (https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=register_namespace_prefix.htm&language=en_US). If your organization doesn't have namespace configured, this parameter should be null.
