Trailhead Create an App Home Lightning Page

Lightning App Builder is not activated on my developer org.

I it was a newer org only a week or so old.I don't have the highlighted option under build.

I tested a new dev org as well and it wasn't enabled, I'm trying to figure out what enables it besides a support case, but there is a dev org you can use that does already have it enabled, sign up for one here: https://developer.salesforce.com/signup_lightningweek?d=70130000000NFJ3

And quick trick if you don't want to create a new email address for a new dev org and if you are using gmail, you can use your existing gmail address and add a "+" and some text and it will be directed to your same email address, for example:
If my email address is emailaddress@gmail.com, I can use emailaddress+20150624@gmail.com and emails directed to it will still go to my emailaddress@gmail.com address.
