Worth noting that check is no so robust in the challenge section of the "Using the report builder section"
In theory when you implement :-
"The report should have filters for opportunities of an Amount greater than $25000 USD and opportunities where the Stage is not equal to Closed Won or Closed Lost."
You can use 2 single filters and filter logic 1 AND (2 or 3) which gives the same functionality as they are after but fails the check. It's looking for 1 filter and for you to select the bullets "Closed WON" and "Closed LOST"

There may be two issue:-
1) Language issue
2) Filter issue
For issue 1 :-
I think the problem is the language setting. When I change to US Numeber style "." as decimal and not "," as in europa it work.
Please change the Locale and Language in your personal settings and it worked
