Re implementing new button

Hello,

I want to reimplement new button, which will do same fucntion as new and some additional things.
If someone could suggest how to reimplement new utton whihc will do same as the new before, i can do the rest part.

Do you mean you want to change Go (standard button) ? Why you want to change that button?

I have a object, i have created a TAb for it.
By default, there is go button, new button and recent item.
I want toreimplement the new button
