Looking for someone with Salesforce developer skills who would like to work on a client portal project with our nonprofit. We are in the exploratory stages of this project, and you would have a lot of flexibility and say in defining the project - Especially interested in volunteers who would like to gain experience, with the possiblity of employment/contract work.

Your requirement here fits exactly what I am looking for. I recently took part in a Salesforce project at work involving migrating an excel based request process to Salesforce. I'd now like to pursue a career in Salesforce. To implement the project I covered the following: custom objects and relationships, validation, advanced formulas, workflow rules, approval processes, visual workflow, process builder, visualforce, app/tab set up, layouts. Having also gone through various online training materials I plan to take 401 certification this year.
