Getting Data Storage Limits Exceeded Error

Hi SFDC, forum-members,

I have created my id using deloper.salesforce.com and my Id is mylambo77@gmail.com and password is saibaba77. I created some objects and fields where i have used very less space. Right now my problem is i am unable to insert any record where i am geeting  Data Storage Limits Exceeded Error.
error shows below message.
Your company currently has exceeded its data storage limits including an extra overflow buffer. Per our terms and conditions, we cannot permit additional data creation within our system until your company first reduces its current data storage. Please contact your company's salesforce.com administrator to resolve this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

so i created one more id with urs@gmail.com is also showing same error after creating same objects and fields. 
Could you please resolve my issue ASAP.

Hi Vijay,

In Content you added 85MB file plz delete. Your File Storage is 417%. Please delete file. Then i will work.

Hi vijaya,

Go to company information in set up and check :

1)  Used Data Space and if you click on View you will able to check each object and how many records so that you will be able to check where you are hitting your data limits.

Check other information(Limits) on same page.

Hi Vijaya,

You can check the storage view from System Overview.
Setup->System Overview
or
Setup->Storage Usage
User-added image

Then you need to check which object contain more data. Then please delete un used data.

Hi Amit,
  

  I tryed same solution ofdeleting all objects recods and i didn't create any records for my new  custom object.
i am able to see in my system overview page Most Used Licenses are full it is showing red mark of 100% usge.
what i need to do?

Storage Type  Limit     Used Percent     Used
Data Storage   5.0 MB     282 KB           6%
File Storage    20.0 MB     83.5 MB        417%
