New Trailhead Updates

What's the difference between the Admin Trail, and Admin CRM. This CRM looks as if it is a new module, which in my personal opinion contains content that could be referenced in the CRM basics module. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thank you,
Dannielle

The new Admin CRM appears to be basics of using the standard CRM objects functionality - create an account and contacts, add people to account teams, etc.

The original Admin trail is more of the setup behind those things, and not really related to the out of box objects.

Hi Dannielle - good question! Let me try and clarify and provide some additional context. The existing Admin trails (Admin Trail - Beginner & Admin Trail - Intermediate) cover topics (e.g. Data Modeling, Process Automation etc.) that use the underlyting Platform features of Salesforce to customize the out-of-the-box experience of using Salesforce.
The new CRM trail on the other hand is solely focussed on providing a basic introduction to core CRM topics like Accounts, Contact, Opportunities and Leads. Over time, we'll add additional CRM focussed content to this trail (e.g. Notes, Activities, Files etc.).
All three trails are targeted at Admins - they just cover different areas of the product. Hope this clarifies. Thanks
