Communities - Custom domain URL redirecting to Community Force.com URL

We are using SF communities and trying to mask community URL with our custom domain. We did setup custom doamin and also uploaded SSL certificate and configured CNAME etc.  Custom domain is redirecting to community URL instead of masking community URL. Are we missing anything ? I will be glad to share more details.
