profile to sandbox

Can we deploy profiles from sandbox to production? if it is yes.....How?
Please give me one example...

Create a outbound changeset first, then go to the related list "Profile Settings For Included Components" there you will see the button to add the profiles.

Hi KS Kumar - Is your production org a Developer account? I agree with Pramodh above regarding how to do what you originally asked if you have version enables the use of sandboxes. Developer accounts do not have a sandbox thus you wouldn't be able to use a change sets.
