Is it possible to upload and run java project from sales force ?

Is it possible to upload entire java project having size 20 MB and to run from salesforce ?if possible than let me know that how can we store (upload) and run java project .Thank You.

salesforce some governer limits is here......that folllows beacuse its rules mostly security purpossss .......
java program no limts its can follow  no of lines and bulk of code and packegs also.....
