Eclipse IDE connect to test.salesforce.com

Hi Experts

I am trying to load Apex/pages from SFDC Sandbox to Force prokect. But I always get the following error message. 

Unable to connect to hostname 'test.salesforce.com' with given login credentials

My user name:seamas.li@news.com.au.primarydev

Please help check, much appriaciate.

Ensure that your user account does in fact have API access.  If that is not the issue try changing the enpoint from test.salesforce.com to your server name dot salesforce.com.

You may also need to give security token of your sandbox if this is a first time connection.
