Adding visual force page into standard detail page and merging other fields accourding to VF Page height

I have made a VF Page and attached it to Quote Details page but due to it other fields are shifting from original page. like the image below

I want to fill the RED Circle area by the four fields just below the RED Circle.

How to do this please help

Short answer is you can't - the visualforce page is dictating the height of the table row and you can't have multiple elements in the same cell on the right hand side.

I usually put Visualforce pages into two column sections on their own.
