How do I resolve data load errors?

I loaded Contacts, and 1,204 rows failed with error messages from your API
 
1,185 failed with error code “The system cannot move the file to a different disk drive.”
 
19 failed with error code “The name limit for the local computer network adapter card was exceeded.”
 
      these were the only rows in the load that had non-null values for both external ID fields

I've already been to the Power of Us Hub and Judi Sohn ruled out any interaction with Nonprofit Starter Pack
 
What do I need to do to get the 1,204 rows to load?
