Multiple objects in one tab

Hi

In one of our requirement we have multiple objects like Analytics, Logs, Reports etc and wish to link or add these under one tab in an app. Say a tab having three or four boxes and each linked to different objects. is it possible to configure it?

You could create a Visualforce Tab, It will open a visualforce page then you could create a Tab Wizard or any other view in visualforce page to navigate to appropriate location.

is it only with visualforce we can have this kind of layout enabled? there is no ways in terms of config?
