creating wizards with visual workflow - create Opportunity Name

How do you create the Opportunity Name correctly? I tried to make a formula to bring in Account Name, but I get a formula expression is invalid error when trying to save.

You don't need to create  new formula, just put the formula in the value section.

Also, it looks like you are new to the Developer Forum, Welcome!!!

Thanks William. I'm still not quite getting this right. I have input screens for Company Name and Last Name. However, I seem to only be able to enter one inthe Opportunity record create. Are you making the formula some place else before?

Just type it right into the value box - {!Company_Name} - {!Last_Name}.
