Unresolved emails
We have a lot of unresolved emails. Is there a way to set up an automatic system where SF would retry to match an unresolved email with the current SF entries to see if they could match up, rather than individually resolving each email manually?
Can you elaborate more on the systems currently you are using. There are number of unresolved emails now but are they in any known way connected to salesforce to ensure that sf is notified about the emails ..
Detailed question would help in fast resolution. It seems an interesting use case , please give more inputs.
1. is it through Apex mail (If so then this would be easy to check in apex)
2. Are you using some standard functionality ?
can you share what process you are using .. like is it through mass email on campaign or through workflow .
