Problem to deploy language translation from sandbox to organization

Hi,

I translated tabs, labels and custom fields in french on the sandbox.
I created Outbound Change Sets and add 'language translation' component in french.
I uploaded in production but the translation doesn't work.

As per my thought when we migrate language translation in change set then in same change set we should also migrate that component for which you have applied translation.

@Sandeep. Is it possible to send the translation to another sandbox without adding components. For example If I translated the label of fields and did not added these fields in the change set. Doing this i am not getting translation. Help Appreciated.

I am uploading the Bilingual exort from one org to another org like from one production to another production org then ..how shoudl we do that .i have tried but not able to do..I can import the file in its same orgs sandbox but not in other orgs sandbox.Kindly help as soon as possible.???
