I have an issue with a flow version which is active and i am unable to inactive it as it has no flow name in the list

Workflow Action Failed to Trigger Flow
The record couldn’t be saved because it failed to trigger a flow. 
A flow trigger failed to execute the flow with version ID 301170000008tAv. 
Contact your administrator for help.
