Change the standard functionality of 'Edit' action link in Account detail page...
Hi All
I have a query here, like you are on Account detail page, there are some related list(Contact, opportunity...). If we create a record in any related list(here i created contact) and save. So in Contact related list in Account detail page, when i click on Edit action link(marked as RED in snapshot), it will redirect to contact record in edit mode, but I want to open in same(Edit mode) on Account detail page.
Please suggest what is the way to do this.

You can override edit button of contact by some custom vf page, but that also will redirect to custom vf page or you can create inline vf page on Account. If you want to display contact record edit page on Account Detail page itself, this is not possible.
I was thinking the same, that the functionality which I want is not possible.
But just thought to ask the experience guys here, that is it possible to do or not.
