Thanks for your reply... I have seen that provided site. In that I got what are all the things need to know to implement Open CTI.
If I have one salesforce org and own telephony system, what are all the further steps to implement Open CTI?
Should i need to develop visualforce pages,apex classes anything else?
If so, on which basis we need to develop pages and all..
