When i accepted lead records in Queue it should assigned to me and status of than record should get changed to in progress

Hi Friends,

Could you please help some on this

When I accepted lead records in my Queue it should assigned to me ( I mean once accepted Im the owner of that record mean time it should also get changed its status as in progress , how to achieve this.

Hi Vijay,

As per current face of Salesforce, there is no auto action of changing statussetup by Salesforce upon accepting lead from Salsforce. you need to right a logic to populate it on becoming its owner.

You can also create your custom button with same name "Accept" and write your logic on that also.
