How to enable or download chatter desktop app?

I have a free developer account and I was able to use apex to do some chatter customization.
How to enable or download chatter desktop app? I get 
Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, seeInsufficient Privileges Errors.

Amit - Organizations created post Winter 15 do not support chatter desktop by default.You have to log a case to Salesforce support to enable it for your organization. I went to that link but it does not let me log a case. I have a free developer account.

its working now with support team.

One thing is the buttons(approve/reject) are only visible in browser but not in chatter.User-added image
