Creating a new developer license is professional edition
Hi
When I create a new developer SalesForce license it creates a professional SalesForce account
THis means I can't access the workflow and Approvals link
I used this link to register
http://www.developerforce.com/events/regular/registration.php
And i'm trying to follow the instructions here
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/webdev/archive/2015/09/07/integrating-with-salesforce-using-asp-net-webhooks-preview.aspx
How can I upgrade my professional edition?
Cheers

You cannot upgrade a Professional Edition to a Developer Edition(used to practice and testing ). To add Workflow Rules to your Professional Edition Production org, you will need to contact your Salesforce Account Exec for pricing.
Hope it helps you.
