hi ,
i unable to enable lighting experiance in my developer edition​.

Its not available for developer editions if I am not wrong. Only for sandboxes (full copy ).

You should create a case in support to enable "Lightning Experience" to your org.
You can also create a "Lightning Experience Preview" org by submitting this request,
