Cannot get Sample Console to display in App Menu

Hi There,
I am following the instructions directly but I am unable to get this part to work. Under section "Add the Service Cloud User License to Users" step 3 was already done when I got there.

Then at step 6 I'm not sure what I am supposed to tick because my list looks different from the picture - service cloud not present for example.

If I select all to be visable, I get an error to say I have exceeded the max number of apps.

Please help!

Thanks,
Elaine.

Yes, having the same issue, can't complete stage "Configuring a Salesforce Console" in Service Cloud Basics because the max number of licenses is exceeded, except when I check my licenses as a "Developer" edition it says I have licenses available.

Ok, found something, if you select everyone as the permissions it will fail. If you only select certain permissions it won't give you the exceeded license issue.

Joe's explanation did the trick for me and my colleagues.

I was facing the same issue. Joe's explanation helped get past it. Can see Sample console from the app menu now. The Video should be updated i reckon.
