Hello All ,
we have a requirement , to send a email notification to the owner 100 days before the contract end date , for the products which are renewable.
So we have created a formula field (Renewable -- checkbox ) as

So we have created a formula field (Renewable -- checkbox ) as
Product__r.Renewable__cbut im unable to check the Renewable field .How can i add the condition in the workflow rule .How can i do this?Any Suggestion please.
You can't check the formula field as it not editable.
I think you need to create batcch class to achieve this functionality
